Requirements
- Fluent English and Albanian. Experience of work in any English-speaking environment is also desirable.
- Candidates who have Japanese language skills will be appreciated. (not mandatory).

Qualifications and experiences
· Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit required;
· Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, out of which 5 years in a management position;
· Expertise in working with non-profit organizations is preferred;

· Albanian and Kosovo tax legislation is preferred;
